• We deliver all our e-bikes personally to ensure safe and prompt delivery. We also run through operation and make any adjustments that you may require.
• Delivery is normally made between Monday to Friday.
• A signature will be required at the delivery address.
• We constantly monitor our carriage costs, striving to keep them low for all our customers.

Delivery Worldwide

• E-Bike Barn will deliver your order anywhere in the World.
• We only use secure carriers for all European and International orders.
• Some orders exceeding set weight limits will require shipping to be quoted before proceeding to payment. Customers will be advised during the Checkout procedure if this is necessary. No payment will requested or taken until shipping has been approved.
• Please note for customers in non EU Countries Customs handling and duties may be payable.
• Due to security conditions we are unable to ship batteries or any products containing fluids to our overseas customers.
• We constantly monitor our overseas carriage costs, striving to keep them low for all our customers.
