Warranty Repairs
e-bike Barn are happy to carry out warranty claims for any Riese & Muller owner regardless of where you purchased your e-bike. Only the first owner can make a claim and bikes must be registered with Riese & Muller within 4 weeks of purchase prior to making any claim.

Non-Warranty Repairs
If your Riese & Muller e-bike suffers a failure outside of your warranty, we can diagnose the fault and provide an estimate for your repair. All our repair work is carried out in accordance with the relative components manufacturers guidelines. We also road test every bike before and after repair to ensure all components perform as expected.
