Yes. e-Bike Barn is an authorised Riese & Müller Experience Store and an official Tern, Gocycle, VanMoof, Aventon and Thule dealer. Every bike is supplied through the official UK channel, set up in our own workshop near Henley-on-Thames and backed by manufacturer warranty support.

It depends on how many children you carry and where you ride. The Riese & Müller Load5 and Packster2 have a front box for two or more children, while the Tern GSD Gen 3 and HSD Gen 3 are compact longtails about the length of a standard bike. Yes, you can test ride them at our showroom - tell us your children's ages when you book.
Riese & Müller bikes are built to your specification and typically dispatch in about 4 weeks; Tern and VanMoof bikes usually ship within 1 week. Bikes we hold in stock are ready to collect or deliver straight away, and every product page shows the current estimated dispatch date.
